FREE HIGH QUALITY MUSIC YOU CAN PLAY ON CD, OR FLASH DRIVE IN YOUR CAR....

Let's begin here;

I'm speechless when it comes to finding any free and trustworthy program capable of converting wav into wma, so here is a link to an online converter I've grown to trust;

http://audio.online-convert.com/convert-to-wma

copy and paste as necessary.

You're suppose to be able to use an Audacity plugin for this, but after trying multiple times, I've never been able to get it to work.

So, step 1;

Get Audacity.

Step 2;

Get a virtual audio cable program. I got mine free before the maker started charging. Now, you might find a copy somewhere, or just ask me, and I'll send the file via email or dropbox link.

Virtual Audio Cable allows you to bypass the sucky Windows O.S. protection feature new since around 2010, that keeps you from recording digital audio off your own soundcard.  The only way to record Youtube sound otherwise, is to run an audio jack out and back into your p.c. ; and lose audio quality as a result.

Step 3;

Right click the speaker icon bottom left your W7 screen, and set playback device to virtual audio cable, but only when you're ready to actually record digital audio you know is good , off youtube.

Step 4; Tell Audacity to record from digital audio instead of mic, for example.

Step 5; Play music, or other audio on youtube, only with the digital volume on that player to the far right using the slider.

Step 6; Be careful to keep your actual speaker volume low, maybe 25%, on your O.S.; so when you switch audio back to hear it, you wont blow your speakers.

Step 7; Record audio.

Step 8; Export wav file to desktop

Step 9; Convert wav to wma if you like. This compression is very high quality. I can't tell it from CD. You can use the online converter tool, or your own converter.

Done.
